All goods delivered must be examined at the time of delivery and any damaged or defective goods should not be accepted from the courier.
Our liability for short delivery, damaged or defective goods will be strictly limited to the provision of any goods not delivered, or at our option, the replacement or repair of any damaged or defective goods, or refund the purchase price (if paid).
If the customer wishes to claim that there is a shortage on the delivery, or at our option, the replacement or repair of any damaged or defective goods, the customer shall give us notice in writing within 24 hours of receipt of delivery, failing which the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered undamaged without defect and in accordance with the delivery documents.
If short delivery does take place, the customer shall not reject the goods, but shall accept the goods delivered as a part performance of the order.
We shall not be under any liability for any failure to perform any of our obligations due to events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If you have any suggestions or comments, please contact us. Our offices are open Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. If you call outside these hours, please leave a message on our answering machine clearly stating your name, telephone number and any other relevant information. We will try and get back to you within 48 hours.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order, and your order should be with you within 2-3 working days. If there is any deviation from this, we will inform you by email.
Delivery Charges
The cost of postage and packing to the UK and ROI are as follows:
Puppy and Kitten Started Packs - delivery is £8.00, irrespective of the quantity ordered
packages weighing less than 15kg - delivery is £3.50
purchases in multiples of 15kg - delivery is FREE

1. All transactions are carried out in GBP.
2. All credit/debit card orders are authorised on a fully secure encrypted server. Please rest assured we will not pass your details on to a third party.
