All orders are accepted by us only under these conditions of sale, and all goods remain the property of Clinivet Nutrition until paid in full. The time and date of delivery given is an estimate only, and we accept no liability for delayed, damaged or defective goods. If the customer wishes to make a claim for any shortage on the delivery, the customer must notify us in writing within 3 days of delivery.

About Us
If you have any suggestions or comments, please contact us. Our offices are open Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. If you call outside these hours, please leave a message on our answering machine clearly stating your name, telephone number and any other relevant information. We will try and get back to you within 48 hours.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to dispatch all stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order, and your order should be with you within 2-3 working days. If there is any deviation from this, we will inform you by email.
Delivery Charges
The cost of postage and packing to the UK and ROI are as follows:
packages weighing less than 15kg cost £3.50
purchases in multiples of 15kg - delivery is FREE
